
Natalie Crayton is a sophomore vocal performance major at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. Natalie has performed across the world including the prestigious location of Carnegie Hall as well as numerous locations throughout Europe and the United Kingdom. She made her international solo debut in Italy with the InterHarmony Music Festival performing various opera and chamber pieces. In addition, Natalie has performed many roles with her university — some of her favorites include Susanna from Le Nozze di Figaro and Rose in Street Scenes. She is also a member of the university’s Concert Choir, the Opera/Musical Theater ensemble, and the One Voice ambassador ensemble. Most recently, Natalie was awarded third place winner at the South Texas Chapter of the National Association of Teachers of Singing (NATS) in the category of sophomore classical women. Furthermore, she was a two time semi-finalist at Texoma NATS, and a semi-finalist of the Glenn Miller Music Scholarship Competition. In addition to singing, Natalie enjoys composing and has had her original score and piano performance featured in a short film. Natalie is looking forward to continuing her study of opera in hopes her work inspires others to love opera and classical music as she does.
