Perry Tseng is a junior in highschool from Chapel Hill, NC. He has played the violin for 6 years with Hsiao Mei Ku, a Professor of Music at Duke University and also a violinist of the renowned Ciompi Quartet. Perry has won third place in the Great Composers Competition of the Best Handel Performance, has been selected to play in the Eastern Regional Orchestra, the All-State orchestra for North Carolina, and also plays in the Duke University String School as part of an honor orchestra.
