Pratik Banerjee is from New York. He is 7 years old and is a second grader at PS/IS 217 Roosevelt Island School. Pratik’s love for music began when he was 3 years old and has been singing songs since then. He started playing violin when he four and a half years old. He gets his music lessons from his violin teacher Ms. Kayla Clark at the Main Street Theatre and Dance Alliance (MSTDA), New York.
Pratik has gained lots of appreciations from his violin performances at various Indian community events and at his school talent shows. He believes music makes everyone happy, unites souls and makes them dance to the tune. He loves playing violin and he can relate its music to the actual songs. Pratik is very excited to participate in the 2024 Winter Music Competition by Charleston International Music Competition and is thankful for the opportunity to showcase his talent.
