Rachael Ye, age 15, began playing piano at the age of 6. She has received numerous awards such as Oklahoma Music Teachers Association State Audition Achievement (‘15, ‘16, ‘17, ‘18), OMTA State Merit Division (‘17, ‘18), and all I’s in multiple piano festivals throughout her career. Additionally, she has won 2nd place in the annual PMTA Trophy Competition (‘19, ‘21), and honorable mention (‘22). She has completed the ABRSM Level 8 practical exam with merit and ABRSM theory with distinction (‘23). She has also received gold in all OMTA and TMTA theory tests from grades 1-10. In her free time she enjoys browsing Youtube, visiting coffee shops and libraries, and diving into interesting Reddit threads
