Rachel Yang

I started playing the piano around age six for five years, and throughout my musical career I have passed the ABRSM exams from grades 1-6, including the 5th grade music theory exam. I have also won first prize using piano in the VIVO international music competition. I started playing the flute in 2019 for my elementary school band, for about 1.5 years, and during that time I have been accepted into the I.S.75 summer band, Salute to Music The Senior Borough-wide band, and the Port Richmond High School summer band. I have won second prize in the Crescendo International Competition.
