Hello, my name is Reanna Lee. I started playing the cello in third grade and participated in orchestras since sixth grade. During the pandemic, I played many pieces with a small orchestra for online concerts, such as one in my middle school. Because I am now a junior in high school, I am enjoying more challenging opportunities as a cellist. I am the cello principal of Symphony Orchestra and a member of chamber music ensemble in Los Angeles Youth Orchestra(LAYO). I feel that this experience really helps me appreciate music because I can understand the concept and story of the pieces. Playing cello can become the next big appreciation in my life.
