Robert Yu, a passionate and talented young musician, eagerly enters 3rd grade at Westhoff Elementary School. With three years of dedicated piano study under Marina Kalantaova’s guidance, he has developed a deep appreciation for classical music.
Now, Robert is exploring the cello under the mentorship of Yao Zhao, Principal Cellist of the San Diego Symphony Orchestra. Beyond music, he enjoys drawing, sports like basketball and soccer, and has a love for animals.
Robert’s diverse interests and dedication to excellence make him a well-rounded individual poised for success in music and beyond.
