Ryan Wang, 14, is a graduate student at Ida Price Charter Middle School in California, USA. He started playing the flute at the age of 7 with Ms. Li-Ling Chen. Since then, Ryan has participated and won in many music competitions including United States Open Music Competition, Rocky Mountain Music Competition, Spotlight National Youth Music Competition, and King’s Peak International Music Competition. He also participated in the California Youth Symphony Wind Symphony when he was 12. He is now in the California Youth Symphony Associate Orchestra as the co-principal flutist.
