Samantha Kochis

I am currently a senior Music Education major at Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania. have been studying flute since I was 8 years old. Throughout my undergraduate studies, I have been a part of ensembles such as the wind ensemble and flute ensemble. In the early spring of 2020, I was selected as the winner of the SRU Wind Ensemble Concerto Competition. For both the 2019 and 2020 year, I was selected as a winner of the National Flute Association Collegiate Flute Ensemble Competition. I am currently studying jazz flute and continue to actively explore new music.
