Samina Alice Schultz

Samina Alice Schultz, 10 years old, is a miracle child to her parents. She began her musical journey attending the Community School at The Colburn School in Los Angeles, California at the age of 3. She began playing piano at 4 with the Suzuki Method and studying Music Theory at the age of 5. She also had several recitals and live performances at the Colombo’s Jazz Club in the winter of 2018 and 2019. In 2021, at the age of 7, she was in the Top 10 Finalists of the Susan H. Duehlmeier National Piano Award. She has participated in the Global Mystery Piano Challenge in 2021 & 2022. In January 2022, she was privileged to be a student of the American composer and virtuoso pianist Daniel Lessner, Phd. in Los Angeles, California.

Samina has also studied Dalcroze Eurhythmics, Opera, has been a part of the MUSYCA Junior Choir, and currently studying Ballet. At the age of 4 she began singing with her mom in the church choir. Academically, she is a stellar student at St. Monica Academy Catholic School who enjoys singing, telling funny stories, drawing, reading, serving at her church as an altar server, and most of all visiting her Nana. This year she is participating in the summer production of The Wizard of Oz as Dorothy. One of her most unique gifts is her connection to her faith. From an early age she has had Catholic Priests & Nuns requesting Samina to pray for them. Her humility, kind heart, grace, and love for God is an inspiration to all those she encounters!
