Born in 2006, Setthavat Krairiksh has always been raised in multicultural surroundings, from the East (China) to the West (Italy). Living with his family in Rome, he grew up surrounded by Italy’s rich artistic and historical culture. This environment influenced him and continued to inspire his love of music after his family moved back to Thailand.
Setthavat started learning piano at the age of seven, and at eleven, his musical talents were polished and groomed under the direction of Thai virtuoso pianist Nat Yontararak. Setthavat carried on developing his musical talent through both lessons at Nat Studio as well as masterclasses from experienced pianists such as Philip Fowke, Jerzy Stercrzynski and Chen Cheng. In addition to his passion for music, Setthavat pursues an interest in art and languages, and enjoys to read in his spare time.
