Shujun Han is currently a 10th grader at Basis Independent Silicon Valley Upper School. He has been exposed to music since he was very young and music has become more than a hobby for Shujun; it became his confidant, guiding him through difficult times.
Shujun has won many awards for his musical talent. In the past 7 years, he has placed in the top three in several USOMC music groups. In 2023, he continued to achieve success in competitions, winning different awards from international or American music competitions.
Shujun is passionate about all aspects of music, from playing the piano and drums with his band to composing and performing. Beyond music, he also has a keen interest in coding and mathematics.
Music has helped him get through a lot of struggles in the past 7 years. He likes playing piano, drums, coding, and mathematics. Music is one of his friends, not only has it given him motivation and brought him many friends, it also helped him a lot with learning.
