Siddha Gummadi is a freshman at Vandegrift High School in Austin, Texas. He began playing the piano at the age of six and currently studies with Steinway artist Dr. Joseph Irrera.
Siddha often receives top prizes in competitions, most recently 1st place in 2025 Charleston International Music competition, 2nd place in International Mozart Competition Vienna 2024, 2nd place in European Virtuoso Music Awards 2024, 2nd place in 2025 American Protege International Piano & Strings competition, Honorable mention in the 2025 Bay Area Piano Competition, 1st place in 2025 Los Angeles Golden Classical Music Awards, 3rd place in 2025 WPTA Finland International Competition. He received Grand Prize in 2024 & 2025 North California Young Talents competition for Guitar. He also received 2024 & 2025 California State award for Guitar from Royal Conservatory of Music (RCM) and First Class Honor Roll recipient for 2025.
Siddha had a pinnacle experience of performing at Carnegie Hall in 2024 & 2025 summer and also at Walt Disney Concert Hall in 2025. He received a scholarship to attend two exclusive piano masterclasses in Helsinki, where he had the opportunity to enhance his skills. He performed in 2024 Celebration of Excellence by RCM, for Guitar.
At his high school he plays flute in the marching band & concert band, piano in wind ensemble & jazz orchestra.
