Siyi Xu began studying piano at the age of five and has recieved numerous honors in solo and duo performance competitions. She is a two-time First Prize winner of the United States International Duo Piano Competition (2022-2023) and a Gold Medalist at the Classical Viennese Festival and the Bach Festival International. Additional Awards include First Prizes in American Protege competitions and Charleston-based international competitions. She currently studies with Dr. Ivona Kaminska-Bowlby and enjoys reading, dancing, and the performing arts.
