Sophia Jiang has been practicing Guzheng for the last few years with the professional performer Yao Lu and has passed the Grade 8 of Guzheng examination held by the central conservatory of music standard grad examination board. She has won multiple prizes including grand and first prizes in International Youth Music Competitions (IYMC), Singapore Raffles Cultural and Arts Festival, and Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA).
