Sophia Kaushik (soprano) is a passionate singer of opera. She is a student at the Pre-College division of the San Francisco Conservatory of Music where she studies classical voice with Christine Abraham and participates in vocal performance workshops, master classes, and summer vocal academy programs. Sophia has performed as a featured singer at Honors Performance Series in Carnegie Hall, NY, and is a recipient of a gold medal award at Forte International Competition at Carnegie Hall, NY, as well as a winner of the second prize award at Bellagrande International Music Competition. She regularly performs at recitals, charity concerts and other events.
