Subin is a 9th grader from San Jose, California. She started playing the clarinet in 4th grade and is currently a member of the San Francisco Symphony Youth Orchestra. She participated in the All-State Band in 2023, 2024, and 2025. Subin received numerous awards, including 1st place in the 2024 US International Open Music Competition, the 2024 Charleston International Classical Music Competition, and the 2023 American Fine Arts Festival. Besides music, Subin enjoys math challenges, reading, golf, and Taekwondo.
