Sumin Cho is a junior at the Orange County School of the Arts in Santa Ana, CA where she began her journey as a violist. Outside of school, she has played chamber music through Junior Chamber Music and the Ed & Marie Edelman Chamber Music Institute (Colburn School). She has participated in All-State and All Southern Orchestras, served as the principal violist of the Los Angeles Youth Philharmonic Orchestra, and is currently a member of the Pacific Symphony Youth Orchestra. Sumin continuously looks for opportunities to share her love for music with younger and older generations by teaching children and performing at nursing homes as a volunteer.
