Suri Ahn, age 14, is a 9th grader at Conestoga High School in Pennsylvania. She has been playing violin since age 6 and currently studies with Sylvia Ahramjian in Nelly Berman School of Music. She previously played in Pennsylvania Youth Orchestra, Young Musicians Debut Orchestra, and is now an associate concertmaster at the Philadelphia Young Artists Orchestra. Suri performed at Carnegie Hall as a winner of the 2019 American Protege International Piano & String Competition, won 1st Place in the 2020 Triumph Music Festival, and made her solo concerto debut as a winner of the 2021 Warminster Symphony Orchestra’s Young Artist Competition and 2nd prize in the 2022 Bucks County Youth Orchestra Competition, for which she will perform for the Delaware Valley Music Club in 2023. She was also invited to perform for the Pennsylvania Academy of Ballets “Dance into Spring 2022.” Besides music, Suri is in her high school Varsity Golf team and enjoys drawing and loves animals.
