Terry Sheiko

Terry Sheiko, age 10, has played piano for five years. In March 2019, she returned to Carnegie Hall to perform in the Winners Recital for her First Place finish in the Elite International Music Competition. She made her Carnegie Hall debut in June 2018 as a Gold Award winner in the 2018 Golden Key International Music Festival. She achieved a Gold Star Award at the 2020 Music and Stars Awards; First Place at the 2020 Charleston European Music Competition; a Gold Award at the 2018 YMIC National Gospel Music Competition; 2nd place at the 2021 Singapore International Piano Competition, 2021 AYMU International Music Competition, 2020 Korea-China International Music Competition, 2020 GCC Best Kabalevsky Performance, 2020 GCC The Art of Piano, 2018 YMIC Metropolitan Solo & Chamber Music Festival, and 2018 NVMTA Piano Ensemble Competition and Festival; 3rd place at the 2021 NVMTA Concerto Festival, 2019 YMIC Metropolitan Music Festival, and 2018 MSMTA Spring Festival: Piano Ensemble; and Honorable Mention at the 2021 WMTA Bach/Baroque Competition and 2020 Washington Universal Piano Competition. Terry is grateful for the opportunity that playing piano has given her to express her passion and emotions through music.
