Tingting Tang, soprano, come from China. This is her third study year for the Doctor of Musical Arts degree and be a vocal assistant teacher at Texas Tech University. She won three prizes in different international vocal Competitions. As a passionate singer, she has performed Vitellia in La clemenza di Tito, Euridice in Orfeo ed Euridice, Mrs. Ford in The Merry Wives of Windsor, Donna Anna in Don Giovanni, first Lady in Die Zauberflöte, and the dew fairy in Hansel and Gretel. She has understudied Violetta in La Traviata. She will perform the new prioress (Madame Lidoine) in Dialogues of the Carmelites in April 2021. Currently, she holds the Master of Music degree from California State University, Northridge. Her undergraduate study at Shen Yang Conservatory of Music in vocal performance. She also gained the Pianist of Level Ten Certificate from Chinese Musicians Association. During her previous studying period, she acquired valuable experiences on performing in operas, theaters, recitals, and concert in different countries.
