I began studying piano at the age of eight, and music has since become an important part of my growth. Over the years, I have participated in numerous competitions and received several awards, including First Place in the Music Teachers’ Association of California Romantic Festival, First Place in the Southwestern Youth Music Festival, and First Place in Classical Showcase. I also participated in the Liszt International Competition. While I value solo performance, I also enjoy collaborating with other musicians and regularly perform outreach concerts at retirement communities. In addition to piano, I play saxophone at school and have spent two years singing in a children’s choir. These experiences have strengthened my self-discipline, time-management skills, work ethic, and confidence in public speaking through frequent recital presentations.
