Hello, my name is Victoria. I was born and raised Russia, city of Krasnoyarsk. After finishing high school, I enrolled in the Maxim Gorky Pedagogical College, specializing in music education. After graduating from college, I entered Siberian Federal University to study Pedagogical Education in a part-time program, while simultaneously working as a music teacher in a kindergarten.
In total, I worked in a kindergarten for seven years. I truly love this profession. I enjoy working with children—laughing, joking, playing, and dancing with them. They fill me with energy, and I especially love celebrating events every month, seeing the joy on their faces, and watching how much they enjoy themselves. Perhaps that’s why people often think I’m younger than I actually am. I feel very young at heart, even though I am 33 years old.
It’s been four years since I last worked as a music teacher, and I miss the children and the celebrations terribly. I also miss music deeply. That’s why, six months ago, I bought a piano, and now it stands in my home.
This year, I want to reconnect with music—playing, composing, and simply enjoying it. I have a vivid imagination and can easily lose myself in my thoughts, dreaming and creating. Music helps me express what I see and hear inside. I’ve tried drawing, but it doesn’t resonate with me in the same way. While words can sometimes feel limiting, music allows me to convey emotions and understand the feelings of others. Music knows no boundaries.
