My name is Xuchen Dong, and I am a seventh-grade student at Gale Ranch Middle School in San Ramon, California. I have been taking piano lessons with Mrs Sophie since 2018. My favorite composer is Beethoven because I’m able to express different types of feelings in his pieces. I like the Classical Period composers the best. Currently I am at CM level 5 and preparing for CM level 6 test. In addition to piano, I have been taking flute lessons with Mr. Sears in my current middle school since 2023. I love reading, playing chess or simply just playing in my free time!
