Yihao Marcus Wong began his music journey when he was five year old through his father’s coaching and passion in piano. Marcus started taking formal piano lessons from Muza Mdzinarishvili at Community School of Music and Arts (CSMA), Mountain View, just prior his seventh birthday; enthusiastically played the third movement of Diabelli’s Sonatina in F major, Op. 151 No. 3, defining the competency level on his first lesson. He enjoys playing the music through the piano as the flow, resonance, mood, tempo, swings, rubato and technicality presented by various composers are pleasurable creating the peace in his continuously busy studies at high school.
