My name is Yixuan Xu, but I go by Eason. I was born in China and moved to the United States when I was five years old. My parents encouraged me to pursue my love for music from an early age, and I began taking piano lessons from one of their colleagues.
After a year, I switched to Happy Minds School of Music where I was exposed to a variety of instruments. Over the years, I have played many instruments such as the piano, drum set, guitar, clarinet, and alto saxophone. Each instrument has challenged me in different ways and taught me new techniques and musical styles.
At almost 14 years old, I have been playing the piano for over 8 years. My dedication to mastering the piano has allowed me to develop a unique musical style that is both technically impressive and emotionally powerful.
Throughout my musical journey, I have had the opportunity to perform at various local events and venues. These experiences have taught me the importance of stage presence and connecting with the audience.
In the future, I hope to use my musical talents to give back to my community and inspire others to pursue their passions. Whether through performing, teaching, or composing, I am excited to see where music will take me and how I can contribute to the world through this beautiful art form.
