Yuka Nabeshima

Yuka Nabeshima

Yuka Nabeshima was born in Tokyo in 2004.
She started playing the violin at the age of 4 and studied under TOMOKO Saito and MICHIKO Horikoshi.
In 2014, she got a prize at Tokyo tournament of the 68th Student Music Concours of Japan (Elementary school division) and received the Encouragement Award at Tokyo tournament of the 69th Student Music Concours of Japan (Elementary school section) in 2015.
In 2016, she earned the 3rd prize at Tokyo tournament of the 70th Student Music Concours of Japan (Elementary school division) and won a prize at national tournament of the 70th Student Music Concours of Japan (Elementary school section).
In 2016, she received the first prize at Junior Division of the 4th Edogawa Emerging Musicians Competition in a Town of Water and Greenery.
In 2019, she received the Encouragement Award at Tokyo tournament of the 73rd Student Music Concours of Japan (Junior high school division) and got a prize at national tournament of the 73rd Student Music Concours of Japan (Junior high school section).
In 2020, she earned the 2nd prize at Tokyo tournament of the 74th Student Music Concours of Japan (High school division) and received a prize at national tournament of the 74th Student Music Concours of Japan (High school section).
Now she studies under TAKAKO Yamasaki and AYAKO Yonetani.
She is currently studying economics in Keio University in Japan.
