Korean born pianist, Yunseo Chang began his piano studies at the age of eleven and is currently pursuing his B.M. in piano performance at the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities under the guidance of Dr. Timothy Lovelace and Dr. Lara Bolton. He has previously studied under the mentorship of Dr. Michael Min and Dr. Elizabeth Karelse. As an accomplished pianist, Yunseo is the Minnesota State winner of the 2023 MTNA Steinway Young Artist Piano competition. He has also won the Jane Burkleo Music Scholarship, Jean M. Ehret Piano Scholarship, Best Beethoven Performance Special Award from the ECM International Music Competition, and the First place from American Protége Concerto Competition and gave him an opportunity to perform at the Carnegie Hall in December 2023
