Yutong Xie (Angela), age 11, is a passionate young pianist studying under Dr. Ivona Kaminska. She began piano studies at age six and has since received numerous awards for her outstanding musical talent. At age nine, she won a Gold Medal in the 2023 AMTA District Audition as the youngest performer in Division 3. Her accolades include First Place in the American Protégé Piano and Strings Competition for three consecutive years (2023–2025), First Prize Winner in 2025 International Music Competition “Vienna” Grand Prize Virtuoso, Gold Medal for the 2024 and 2025 Classical Viennese Festival Competition, Gold Medal for the 2024 Bach Festival International Competition, First Prize winner at the 2023 International Piano Competition. Angela has been invited to perform annually at Carnegie Hall in New York since 2022. In addition to her musical achievements, she is a bright, kind, and dedicated student who delights in sharing music with others. Known for her expressive playing and strong stage presence, she brings deep emotion and joy to every performance.
