Zabrina Lee started playing piano at the age of 5 and began studying violin at the age of 7. She won 3rd place in the Piano Solo category in the 2020 Metropolitan Music Festival. She participated in the Sonata Festival for 6 years. She played in the 2021 Bach Music Festival and got the highest points possible. She played in the 2020 Rockville Music Competition and got rated Excellent. She currently serves as the Second Chair First Violin of the Capriccio Orchestra at George C. Marshall High School. She played as the Principal Second Violinist of the Symphonic Orchestra at Kilmer Middle School. She was accepted to play in the Junior District Honors Orchestra of District XII by the Virginia Band and Orchestra Directors Association and as the Principal Second Violinist in the Senior Regional Orchestra by Virginia Music Educators Association. She loves music, and enjoys reading and studying history in her free time.
