Alyson Nguyen is a 10th grader at Oakton High School in Vienna, Virginia. As a member of the pianist ensemble, Duo Delight, she has performed in NYC, Maryland, and most recently Merrifield, VA. She studies under Dr. Catherine Lim and has partook in multiple competitions and festivals. Most recently she has received awards and prizes in the Metropolitan Gospel Music Festival, the AMMA Music Festivals, and the YMIC (Young Musicians Inspiring Change) International Young Artist Soloist Audition. One of her notable achievements is performing at Carnegie Hall in October of 2024.
Tanvi Nare is an 11th grader at Independence High School in Brambleton, Virginia. Under the guidance of Dr. Catherine Lim, she has participated in numerous competitions and has been recognized as a top prize winner in the Metropolitan Gospel Music Festival, the AMMA Music Festival and Jury, and the YMIC Young Artists Soloist Auditions in 2023 and 2024. Her accomplishments also include earning bronze and silver President’s Volunteer Service Awards for her piano performances with the Young Musicians Inspiring Change organization and performing at Carnegie Hall in 2023 and 2024.
