Changhyung Lee and Jaden Hong are freshmen from Sammamish, WA. Changhyung Lee started playing trumpet at 5th grade while Jaden began playing the trumpet at the end of 7th grade. They both share a passion for trumpet performance. During the COVID-19 pandemic, they used their trumpet playing to overcome loneliness, find joy, and develop their musical skills. They have played together in middle school band, high school band, jazz band, marching band, and Bellevue Youth Symphony Orchestra’s second-highest ensemble. They continue to refine their skills and draw inspiration from the diverse range of music they perform.
