Christopher Lee(17) and Daniel Kwon(16) are from San Diego, California, and attend Canyon Crest Academy. They have both been playing the piano for 10 years or more. They enjoy all of the aspects in music from playing, listening, to teaching. Their teacher Eunice Ahn has been with them for a majority of their piano careers, and helped them win many different competitions together. They have competed in many state, national, and international level competitions, winning awards such as first place at the 2024 YMIC Metropolitan Online Gospel Music Festival(National) while also winning the best performance award and a cash prize, first place at the 2023 Golden Classical Music Awards(International) which allowed them to perform at the winner’s recital at The Walt Disney Hall in Los Angeles, first place at the 2023 Satori Summer Music Festival(State), and an honor of mention at the 2023 Global New Praise Video Festival(International). They have also performed in the 2023 12th Honduras Virtual Benefit Concert. Both Christopher and Daniel hope to continue their piano careers together, while learning and hopefully winning more awards in the future.
