Truong Quang Dieu (2007) – Hanoi – Vietnam
Born into a non-musical family, Quang Dieu is the 8/9th grade of National Academy of Music’s pre-college program, class of Professor Tran Thu Ha. By the age of 15, he has won numerous awards including the 2nd prize at 18th Argento Concorso piano Competition, Italy, 1st prize at 18 Valtidone International Music Competition for Young Talents, Italy, 1st Prize at CEG piano festival, Hanoi, 1st Prize at Vietnam Academy of Music Piano Festival, 2nd Prize at Hanoi city piano festival, some Second and Third prizes at 2nd Lansum music festival in USA and many other prizes nationally and internationally recognized as well.
In the year of 2022, because of the pandemic, he attended and got prizes from some online music competitions. 2nd Prize at II International Gloria Artis Music Competition in Vienna, Gold Prize and Great Technique Special Prize at Cambridge Music Competition, Gold Star and Best Romantic performance Award at Music & Star Awards competition.
He has performed concerts and recitals at Carnegie Hall (New York), Hanoi Opera House, played as guest performer at CEG Music Company and he is a member of the Steinway community concert group and plays regularly at Steinway concert hall. He established his “The trio Friends” with his classmate and plays regularly in public as well as at his school. Dieu is the soloist of his Reigate Grammar School Vietnam orchestra. Dieu, Trio “Friends” and some of his friends regularly perform in the charity concert for “Operation smiles” and at one of the biggest hospital in Hanoi.
In October 2023, he had experience playing Beethoven Concerto No.3 (2nd and 3rd Mov.) with Maestoso Orchestra and Nguyen Phu Son conductor.
Nguyen Tri Quang (2007) – Hanoi – Vietnam
