Directed by Professor Diane Smith, the Roberts Wesleyan University Quintet is an invitation only performance ensemble composed of a group of highly talented music students. Longtime members are senior Matthew Cole (math major/ BA music), junior Kylie Penner (music education major) and junior Songyuan Liu (performance major). This performance of Poulenc’s Sextet was programmed for the Presser/Senior recital of pianist Susan Dantoni, a piano performance major. The group featured also includes guest bassoonist Jillian Seaman from the Roberts Symphony Orchestra.
