Jeayoung Jo and Michelle Kim began collaborating while studying at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where they shared their enthusiasm for Baroque music. They have been performing regularly with the UNLV Early Music Ensemble, and have appeared in a variety of concerts and venues in the Las Vegas area.
Jeayoung holds an undergraduate degree in music from Mokpo National University in South Korea, and is working towards a Master’s degree in cello performance from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, under the instruction of Dr. Andrew Smith.
Michelle holds an undergraduate degree in music from San Francisco State University, and a master’s degree in collaborative piano from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She has been studying harpsichord with a musicologist and harpsichordist, Dr. Jonathan Lee.
