Ming-Hui Lin and Hui Zhang

This duet was formed by the flutist, Ming-Hui Lin, and bassoonist, Hui Zhang during their DMA study at the University of Minnesota. They performed many concerts in the United State and repertoire covered from the seventeenth century to the twenty-first century. Both performers are active soloists, orchestral and chamber musicians, and music educators. Ming-Hui Lin is a flute faculty at the University of Minnesota Morris and Hui Zhang is a bassoon faculty at Fujian Vocational College of Art. Ming-Hui has a second flute position at the Mankato Symphony Orchestra and is a substitute flutist at the South Dakota Symphony Orchestra and Minnesota Opera Orchestra. Hui was the assistant principal bassoon at Shanghai Opera House and a substitute bassoonist at the Minnesota Symphony Orchestra and Dubuque Symphony Orchestra.
