
Nathaniel De La Cruz and Rosa LoGiudice have been performing together since 2018. They offered a variety of recitals including standard repertoire for the double bass and premiering new works for double bass and piano. Some of their recent highlights include the premier of the Mauricio Annunziata Concerto No. 5 “Andino” at the Glendale Noon Concerts in California, and Nathaniel’s arrangement of the J.S Bach Sonata in A major BWV 1015 performed at the Liszt Recital Hall of the Hammer & Strings Conservatory in Arizona. Rosa was the pianist for Nathaniel in several competitions where he was awarded the first prize winner, including the Coeur d’Alene Symphony National Young Artists Competition, the Talent Show of the Charleston International Competition, the Art Festival Bass Strings International Double Bass competition in Romania, and the ASU School of Music Concerto Competition. In addition, Nathaniel was the semi-finalist for the Latin Orchestra of Europe International Double Bass Competition and the 26th Annual Sphinx Competition, for which Rosa was his pianist. They both hold a Doctor of Musical Arts degree from Arizona State University School of Music, Dance and Theater.
