The Paya Lebar Methodist Girls’ School (Secondary) Guitar Ensemble is a vibrant ensemble strongly guided by its vision and mission. It aspires to be an acclaimed and established ensemble producing performers of grace. The ensemble seeks to nurture every member into a graceful and passionate guitarist of stature.
Utilizing the Niibori guitar method, members perform using an array of guitars, including alto cembalo, alto, prime, contrabass, bass and guitarrón guitars, creating a rich, dynamic sound. The ensemble’s repertoire spans from classical and romantic to contemporary and anime soundtracks, showcasing its versatility and musical excellence.
