Tairan: Learned piano for 8 years, in a community band that plays primarily in Tri-City. I love singing while playing the piano too, and is what enabled me to enjoy music for so long.
Geoffrey Dong is a 13 year-old middle schooler going into 8th grade in Challenger School, ArdenWood. He has been playing piano for 8 years and has won several awards including 2nd place in The Thirty-Second Annual United States Open Music Competition. Furthermore, outside of playing piano, Geoffrey likes swimming, practicing his clarinet and saxophone in the California Youth Symphony band , and playing chess online.
