Zimo Liu and Jessica Li are talented piano performers, both of whom began playing the piano while in kindergarten. Zimo Liu has won first place in the Princeton Festival International Piano Competition two times, in 2019 and 2021, and first place in the MTNA Piano Solo Competition State Round in 2020 and 2022. He was also awarded first place in the Triumph Music Festival Piano Concerto Competition. Zimo also plays the trumpet, and currently serves as the section leader in the Philadelphia Youth Orchestra.
As a duet, Zimo and Jessica have won first place in the American Protege piano competition in 2023, and was selected to be a national finalist in the 2024 MTNA Piano Duet Competition.
