  1. Address Errors
    • Please make sure to submit your correct address, as we are unable to resend trophies if your order contained address errors.
  2. Trophy Defects
    • If you receive a trophy with defects, you must send us an email with a clear photo of the trophy you received along with an explanation of the defects within 1 week of the delivery date.
  3. Replacement/Refund
    • Whether you would like a trophy replacement or refund, we will provide the best resolution to suit your particular case.
