Currently in 8th grade, California-based violinist Seohyeon Kim has been playing the violin since the age of seven. Under the guidance of her teacher, Ju Yi Peng, she has developed a strong technical foundation and expressive performance style. Seohyeon’s orchestral achievements include being selected for the prestigious California All-State Orchestra for two consecutive years (2025 and 2026). Additionally, she has been an active member of the Oakland Symphony Youth Orchestra (OSYO) since 2023. She remains dedicated to her musical growth and enjoys performing with premier youth ensembles
