About Tomomi Kojima

Tomomi Kojima began studying piano at the age of three through the Suzuki Method. At twelve, she continued her piano and music theory training under a faculty member at Senzoku Gakuen College of Music in Japan, where she later earned a bachelor’s degree in Piano. Tomomi holds a Master of Music degree in Piano Performance from California State University, Northridge, awarded the Charles Fierro and Juan Thompson Piano Scholarships. She also earned an Artist Certificate from Azusa Pacific University with a tuition waiver. Tomomi has participated in the Warsaw Piano Workshops at The Frederic Chopin State School of Music in Poland and the Lyon International Summer Music Academy in France. Her primary teachers include Dr. Dmitry Rachmanov, Dr. Andrew Park, Mr. Mark Richman, and Dr. Susan Boettger. A certified RCM teacher and MTAC member, she is dedicated to enriching her students’ lives through the joy of learning piano.
