Amelie Heine

Amelie Heine is a 15-year-old aspiring violinist. She’s been a member of Tampa Metropolitan Youth Orchestra for five years and attends the arts magnet program at Howard W. Blake High School directed by Jason Jerald. Amelie has been selected to be part of the Florida All-State Orchestra (FMEA) the past three years. She has attended Heifetz International Music Institute, the Summer chamber music festival at Music at Port Milford, and the Winter intensive with the Philadelphia International Music Festival. Amelie will make her debut at Carnegie Hall in December 2023. She is a member of Mary-Elizabeth Brown’s AVIVA Young Artist pre-college program, where she has participated in masterclasses with professional violinists and connected with other aspiring violinists worldwide through intensives, studio, and repertoire classes. Amelie has been a member of Amy Beth Horman’s (San Francisco Conservatory of Music) pre-college fundamentals program, Violin Breakfast, for two years.
