Amelie Heine

Amelie started violin at age nine with her elementary school’s strings program. She has been studying violin wherever her family travels in the Summer, including the Academia de Música de Lisboa in Lisbon, with Dr. Mary-Elizabeth Brown in Montreal, at the Institut Suzuki Montréal, and while in Morocco, online with Elizabeth Faidley & Amy Beth Horman’s Violin Intensive and AVIVA Young Artists Summer Intensive. She studies with Dr. Mary-Elizabeth Brown and the AVIVA Young Artists, takes part in Amy Beth Horman’s Violin Breakfast classes, regularly performs on stage with the local National Federation of Music Clubs, and is a member of the Tampa Metropolitan Youth Orchestra. Amelie is a Girl Scout and regularly volunteers in the Tampa area.
