Brenna Sherman

Brenna Sherman is currently pursuing a Master of Music degree from Penn State University. She received her BA in Music and Music Education from Luther College where she was awarded the Presser Scholarship for her accomplishments in the music education department. She was a middle school band director in Minnesota and continues to teach students from all musical backgrounds and levels.
Most recently, she won the Spring 2022 Penn State Concerto Competition and will perform with the Symphonic Wind Ensemble in the Fall of 2022. Ms. Sherman has performed as a soloist with the Medalist Concert Band in Minnesota. She has performed in venues across the country as well as multiple international venues including a performance at the famed Musikverein in Vienna, Austria.
Brenna would like to thank her many teachers including Dan and Maureen Sherman, Mr. Michael Mangan, Mrs. Laurie Priniski, Mr. Zach Sander, Ms. Wendy Hanson, Dr. Carol Hester, Dr. Daniel Baldwin, and Dr. Naomi Seidman.
