David is an 11 yo boy from Greenville, South Carolina. He started cello lessons at 5 years old. Aside from cello playing, he devours books and podcasts about the history of classical music. He started playing for the Carolina Youth Symphony three years ago. He was the principal cellist of the Repertory Orchestra division during his first year at the orchestra. J.S. Bach is his favorite composer of all time.
