Dylan Hardy is a junior in the instrumental program at Frank Sinatra School of the Arts (FSSA) in New York City. He is a member of the FSSA Symphonic Orchestra and the FSSA Wind Ensemble. He began his professional saxophone training in 2017, and his teachers include Dr. Wonki Lee and Dr. Geoffrey Landman.
In addition to playing the saxophone, Dylan is also an accomplished pianist. He has been taking piano lessons for eight years and has studied with Dr. Anna Keiserman for the past six years.
More recently, Dylan participated in the Golden Classical Music Awards International Competition on saxophone and performed at Carnegie Hall. He also participated in the University of Michigan’s MPulse summer saxophone program, studying with Dr. Timothy McAllister.
Dylan loves music and regularly attends performances at Carnegie Hall, New York Philharmonic, Jazz at Lincoln Center, and other venues. He is an Eagle Scout, who also enjoys hiking, camping, and snowboarding.
