Elijah Guan

Even before I started learning piano, I had a passion for music. My sister had started learning piano before me, and I remember fighting for the piano bench of our upright piano. After playing piano for around 5 years, I started playing violin. I liked both, but I couldn’t squeeze the time to practice both, so I decided to pause violin after about a year of playing. However, I am still playing both piano and violin in our school’s orchestra, along with having joined our class’s quartet with a few of my friends. In addition, I am in our school’s intermediate choir, advanced choir, and TTBB quartet. Overall, my life has been significantly affected by music and it has opened a new world in my life.
