Isabel Wen

Isabel Wen is currently a 6th grader from Austin, Texas. She started learning piano when she was 5 years old. Right now, she is currently studying and playing piano under her piano teacher of 5 years, Zemfira Zade. Under her, she has been able to gain several awards for solos and duets such as the Superior ratings in The National Federation of Music Clubs (NFMC) in 2019, 2020, and 2021. In addition, she has been able to receive the Distinction tier in multiple ABRSM (Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music) piano theory and piano exams. Isabel believes that piano can help convey her emotions and connect her with others. Besides piano, Isabel enjoys playing golf, reading, and dancing.
