Isabel Wen is currently a 9th grader from Austin, Texas. She started learning piano when she was 5 years old. Right now, she is currently studying and playing piano under her piano teacher of 5 years, Zemfira Zade. Under her, she has been able to gain several awards for solos and duets such as the Superior ratings in The National Federation of Music Clubs (NFMC) in 2019, 2020, and 2021. She also received distinction with honors from the Texas Federation of Music Clubs in 2025. In addition, she passed with Distinction in multiple ABRSM (Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music) exams and obtained her diploma. Isabel believes that piano can help convey her emotions and connect her with others. Besides piano, Isabel enjoys playing golf, reading, and dancing.
